WUR Game Hub interactive event: Games for the redesign of farming and food systems

You are here

Poster 10-5 Course_0.pngSerious games have been widely used as a research tool to visualize and discuss aspects and complexities of global farming and food systems. These games are also very often used for teaching in our classrooms as a moment for reflection and dialogue, but their design process has not yet been valued as a teaching support.

During the MSc course FSE32306 (Course coordinators: Hannah van Zanten and Federico Andreotti), the students designed multiple serious games as supportive policy tools to reimagine global farming and food systems.

During this interactive event, we offer participants the opportunity to play these serious games designed by the students for exploring the futures of our farming and food systems. This event is organized in collaboration with CiFoS team and the WUR Game Hub.
So, would you like to play some serious games? Join us on May 10th to explore the potential for your research and education.
